Daybook stores the records you and your providers create on purpose: accounts, client and pet profiles, care notes, medication schedules, visit reports, messages and invoices. That's the product — a record of care.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers. Your records are visible to you and to the people you've connected with on Daybook (your provider, or your client), and to no one else.
Photos attached to visits are stored privately and served through expiring, tokenized links. Shared report links contain an unguessable token — anyone you forward a report to can read that report, and nothing else. Online payments, where enabled, are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our servers. We use the minimum cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in — there is no third-party tracking on this site.
Pet records belong to the pet's family and move with them. If you want your data exported or deleted, email us and we'll do it.
